Module Cleaning Precautions
- Cleaning tool: Kärcher high-pressure washer.
- Cleaning liquid: Do not use other liquids except water.
- Climatic conditions: cleaning is prohibited under climatic conditions such as wind force > level 4, heavy rain, lightning, and high temperature.
- Number of workers: 2-5 people. It depends on the area of the power plant.
- Cleaning standard: The solar module will be visually inspected with no stains and no obvious difference in brightness.

Module Inspection and Maintenance Items
- The glass broken, the backboard burnt, or the color changes obviously.
- Check whether there is no short circuit in the edges of the component or any circuits.
- Due to deformation, twist, crack or burn, the terminal can not be connected properly.
- Visually inspect the hollow glass of the module for moisture condensation or water seepage, which affects the light radiation absorption of the solar panel.
- Visually inspect hollow glass for the explosion, including the thermal explosion of glass and self-explosion of tempered glass.
- The brackets or rear bolts used to fix the solar array shall not be loose.
- The solar array which is installed on a prefabricated base, the base should be placed stably and neatly, and its position should not be moved.
- The main stress components, connecting components and connecting bolts of the solar array shall not be damaged or loosened, without gaps in the weld seam.
- The anti-rust coating of metallic materials shall be complete, without peeling or rust.
- The entire solar array shall not be deformed, dislocated or loosened.
- Inspect the cement base for cracks.
- Earthing resistance testing.
